If your payment didn’t go through, it could be due to several reasons:

Common Causes:

🔴 Insufficient funds – Check your account balance
🔴 Incorrect card details – Verify card number, expiry date, CVV, and billing address
🔴 Expired card – Make sure your card hasn’t expired
🔴 Billing address mismatch – The address you entered must match what your bank has on file
🔴 Card blocked by bank – Your bank may have flagged the transaction as suspicious (especially for first-time online purchases)
🔴 Daily spending limit reached – Some cards have daily transaction limits
🔴 International transaction restrictions – If you’re ordering from outside Canada, your bank may block international purchases

What to do:

  1. Double-check your payment information and try again
  2. Contact your bank or card issuer – They can tell you exactly why it was declined
  3. Try a different payment method – Use another card or PayPal

Your payment is charged immediately when you complete your order.

Here’s the payment timeline:

📅 Order Placed – Payment is authorized and captured instantly
📦 Order Processing – We begin preparing your order (typically within 24-48 hours)
🚚 Order Shipped – You receive a shipping confirmation email

Important Notes:

  • If you see a pending charge on your statement, it means the payment is being processed by your bank (usually clears within 1-3 business days)
  • Refunds (if applicable) are processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after approval
  • Pre-authorized holds may appear temporarily but will finalize once your order ships

You’ll receive an email confirmation with your order details and payment receipt immediately after checkout.

Currently, we do not offer cash on delivery (COD) or Interac e-Transfer as payment options.

We only accept online payments through our secure checkout system to ensure:

Delivery Terms

If you’re in Canada, yes! We ship coast to coast.

Contact us immediately at +12045058338. If we haven’t shipped yet, we can update it.

Most carriers will leave a notice and attempt redelivery or hold it at a nearby location for pickup.

Check your tracking number first. If there’s an issue, contact us and we’ll sort it out right away.
